Ultrasonic Clamp-on Flow Meter

Home / Ultrasonic Clamp-on Flow Meter

The Ultrasonic Clamp-on Flow Meter is a non-invasive flow measurement system designed for continuous monitoring of liquid and gas flow in industrial pipelines. Unlike conventional inline flow meters, the ultrasonic transducers are installed directly on the outside of the existing pipe, allowing flow measurement without cutting the pipeline or interrupting the process.

The system uses advanced ultrasonic measurement technology to provide reliable flow information across a broad range of industrial applications. Its clamp-on design makes it particularly suitable for existing pipelines, temporary measurements, retrofit projects, and applications where process shutdown is not practical.

Key Monitoring Parameters :

Liquid Flow, Gas Flow, Volume Flow, Mass Flow, Bi-directional Flow, Flow Velocity, Process Flow Rate, Continuous Pipeline Flow

Key Benefits

  • Non-invasive clamp-on measurement
  • No need to cut or modify the pipeline
  • No process interruption during installation
  • Suitable for existing and retrofit pipelines
  • Bi-directional flow measurement
  • Suitable for different pipe sizes and materials
  • No obstruction inside the pipeline
  • Low maintenance requirement
  • Continuous real-time flow monitoring
  • Suitable for demanding industrial applications

Why Choose Ultrasonic Clamp-on Flow Meter?

  • Non-Invasive Technology – Measures flow without entering or modifying the pipeline.
  • Easy Installation – External transducers simplify installation and commissioning.
  • Process-Friendly – Allows measurement without interrupting normal operation.
  • Flexible Application – Suitable for different liquids, gases, pipe sizes, and industrial processes.
  • Retrofit Ready – Ideal for adding flow measurement to existing pipelines.
  • Bi-Directional Measurement – Measures flow in both directions.
  • Reliable Monitoring – Provides continuous flow information for process control.
  • Low Maintenance – External installation reduces mechanical wear and maintenance requirements.
