Measurement of various gaseous parameters like SO2, Nox, NH3 is vary challenge in Calcination plant as they use FGD and moisture content is over 40% and very corrosive.
System400 being installed for SO2 measurement on August, 2006 in Rain CII Carbon Limited- Visakhapatnam. Moisture content in stack was over 40% where most of the analysers failed to perform. This analyser is working till now with high data capture rate and very low maintenance results to bag some more orders for their other stack. Recently they came up with another new plant where they have procured 2 CEMS to monitor SO2, Nox, NH3 and H2O.
SANVIRA INDUSTRIES LTD- VISAKHAPATNAM procured System400 to monitor SO2, NOx in Sept,2018 and due to high reliability 100% data capture rate, Nevco bagged one more order to measure SO2, Nox for their expansion project. Analyser is working very fine as this is a challenging ( high Corrosive) environment.

Also manufacture Carbon Electrode Paste and Tamping Paste in different shape, size and specifications both CPC as well as ECA based. There are total 11 Nos. of manufacturing units in INDIA. Nevco has supplied/ commissioned over 12 Nos. of SPM analysers in their various plants. For their Paradeep Unit ( Paradip calciner Ltd) we have commissioned System400 to measure SO2 in year 2017. Data capture is 100% and now they have procured 2 AQM Stations to measure SO2, NO2, PM10 and PM2.5.
All the above CEMS Analysers are approved by TUV ( QAL1) and MCERTS. AQM stations are approved by USEPA, TUV and MCERTS.
