TATA STEEL Long Products Limited ( Formerly Tata Sponge Iron Limited) – Joda, Odisha installed 3 Nos. of Online SO2 Analyser SYSTEM400 in their stack with remote Calibration facility. These are in-situ UV DOAS based analyser having TUV QAL1, MCERTS certification. As per CPCB CEMS Guidelines, UV DOAS analysers are calibrated once in 6 months and linearity Test once in a year where as other analysers are having calibration once in every 14 days and Linearity check in every 3 months. Analysers are running smoothly and data being transmitted to OSPCB.
Due to high reliability products from OPSIS and our smart service to client fetched us order for Ambient monitoring Station for measurement of SO2, NO2 and CO. , Stack Dust Monitors etc.
