-Roles and Responsibilities
• Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Provide product, service, and equipment technical information by answering questions and requests.
• Establish new accounts and manage existing ones by identifying potential customers and planning sales calls.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying customer documents and consulting with technical staff.
• Analyze cost-benefit ratios of equipment or services and propose process or material improvements.
• Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost savings and operational benefits.
• Submit customer orders in coordination with technical support staff.
• Support customer staff by providing training and technical knowledge transfer.
• Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and market trends.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing learning and research.
• Contribute to overall sales engineering effectiveness by addressing long-term and short-term challenges with solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish shared objectives.

-Education & Experience
• B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Gas Monitoring Systems.
• Knowledge of Wastewater Monitoring Systems.
• Familiarity with Ambient Air Monitoring Systems.
• Understanding of Pollution and Energy Efficient Monitoring instruments.
